Initial situation / Challenge

The customer's strategic goal is to expand its physical product portfolio to include digital services. The development of a central conversational AI platform will contribute to the achievement of these strategic goals. The conversational AI platform is intended to create synergies in technologies, data, and organizational processes in order to efficiently develop and operate AI-based solutions such as product, coding, or customer service chat bots. This should result in a better digital customer experience, increased efficiency, and, in general, deeper integration into customer processes.


Consulting objectives

After a joint analysis of the initial situation, the greatest need for support was identified in the introduction of agile organizational structures, the definition of the product roadmap, and AI architectures. The consulting services aimed to define suitable organizational structures and technical architectures in order to achieve the project goals in the best possible way.

  • Agile enablement: Introduction of an agile approach with clear processes, roles, and responsibilities, as well as support in the change process from classic to agile project and product management
  • Alignment & workshops: Conducting joint workshops to develop requirements and concrete deliverables

Results / Added value

Just a few weeks after the project started, a prototype was completed and tested together with customers. The structures introduced were successfully accepted and led to a measurable improvement in development processes and transparency.
