SEQLY is a consulting brand that belongs to M&M Software. That is why you will repeatedly read and hear both SEQLY and M&M Software during the application process. So that you know exactly what to expect, here are the key steps in the application process:
Job application
Has a job offer caught your eye? Please submit your application documents directly via the upload function on our job portal. Ideally, your application should include your resume, your training and employment certificates, your salary expectations, and your earliest possible start date. We will give you initial feedback within a week. Do you have any questions in advance? Feel free to contact us by email or phone.
Interview
We are looking forward to getting to know you personally: whether via MS Teams or in our office. There is no dress code - we are interested in you as a person!
The interview is split into two parts, because the focus is on getting to know each other. We will give you an insight behind the scenes at SEQLY, into our work and projects and are curious about you, your experience and your career.
Second meeting
Was the first meeting successful? Then it's time to get to know your direct manager. The short interview (approx. 1 hour) is also an opportunity to discuss the contractual conditions.
Our offer
Are we a good match? You will receive the draft of your contract by e-mail. Can you imagine taking off with SEQLY and M&M? Then we'll send you your contract to sign by post.
Your first day at work
Let's get started! Your first day at work starts with a tour of the SEQLY and M&M premises, setting up your workstation and the basics of our systems and processes. Then it's off to the team: get to know your colleagues and start your new challenge with a good feeling.
